| I think the chocolate one is much better than the vanilla. I thought the vanilla one was a little bitter so I added fresh strawberries and bananas to make it tolerable.
But I am back to purchase more chocolate!! :)I thought the chocolate tasted much better than any other nutrition shake I've had and I didn't even add anything to it. |

| I purchased this book along with the Body for Life book 8 weeks ago. This book makes the transition to this new program so easy! The recipes are great and what I love is that each recipe is for the whole meal: not just an entree that you have to select side dishes to go along with. It completely removes all guess work! The only thing to realize is that women do need to adjust the amounts, as these recipes seem to be geared for men's portions.

| My first thoughts on the Right Shakes...
Is WOW! YUM! I tried the chocolate light one today and it was SO good. It felt great like I was getting a treat and something I can look forward to everyday. When I orginally tried ordering in May Right was out of stock. I ended up buying protein powder (way too much of it) from Wal-mart. I should have known better! | this shake tastes great, if you follow the directions on the package; I sometime add a bananna to the mix and it tastes great!! I HATE eating breakfast but knew I need the proper nutrition so I bought this to try it out and it works great!! |

| I had bought +protein and tried it for 2 weeks and I have to say it is really great. I add it to my Right Light and because it has a good quality of L-Glutamine my body loved it. I look forward to buying this again. |

| I suppose you could download the workout plans and some of the other stuff contained in this journal for free but for me it is worth the cash to have it all laid out for you. It definitely helped me follow the BFL plan. |

| I love his book. He is very down to earth and explains things clearly and simply (with a sense of humor). The plan is very simple and easy to follow, that's why it works. He tells you things like eat 6 meals a day. Each meal should have a protein and a good carb portion. That's it! We choose how we want to use those portions. | I wish I could have given this book 2.5 stars. I had great hopes for this book. Like many, I have participated in the 12-week Body-for-Life challenge. While the challenge itself was beneficial and I achieved great results, I was left wondering "what now" after the 12 weeks were done.
