This is the book that must of led to a lot of wild house parties and may have spawned many party while your parents are away flicks (Risky Business, etc). A good fun read with a lilting cadence! |

| I purchased this for my granddaughter because my daughter wanted to read it to her! So, I think I bought it for both of them.
All my children were raised on this and the other classic Dr. Seuss books. It's a fun thing to read for young and old. It gets the giggles going at bed time and beyond. What more can I say? It's a children's classic written in true Dr. Seuss style! |

| Hop On Pop was always a favorite of my three children for the rhymes , theme and pictures. Now that my children are grown, I continue to delight other children with the purchase of this book. There is something about it that makes them clamor to hear it over and over and over again. |

| I actually really like this book because it not only gives you the letter, but also words that go with that letter. I read it to my son everyday hoping he is getting a taste for the english language and I'm sure it's helping. I loved Dr. Seuss as a kid and I hope my son does. |

| Our school did the musical Seussical this year, I bought all the books for the directors and some of the cast members. They did an awsome job and had alot of fun. Some of the kids are sad that it is all done. Thank-you for sending the books so fast. Amazon is the perfect place to shop when you are looking for hard to find or older books.

| We have lots of books but Baby seem to reach for this book every night for our bedtime storytime. I enjoy reading this one too. Dr. Seuss if very entertaining. |

| We didn't have Dr. Seuss where I grew up so I don't have any misplaced emotional attachment to the "original"; for my daughter this will be the original. I love this little book and so does my daughter. When we start reading it she jumps up and down and laughs and claps her hands, we make it interactive with toys like a stuffed pig and a clown doll, yawning for night time, juggling on the "well feet" page. | This is one of the only books I remember from my childhood. Instead of your typical cutesy little kid story, you have something with real imagination and fun. It's an original story line with very unique illustrations. I know many adult artists who still love this book for its artwork.
