| I was expecting more out of Lisi Harrison for this book.

| Even though ALICIA is the third book in THE CLIQUE SUMMER COLLECTION, I am yet to be bored by the series!
Alicia is the character of the Clique who can stand out in a crowd. She goes to spend her summer without her parents in Spain, and she and Nina (who came to OCD in the series and caused a lot of havoc) create a lot of trouble. | I found three things wrong with this book: (a) the story idea was a cliché, (b) Kristen didn't seem as particularly "down-to-earth" as she claimed and Lisi Harrison stressed, and (c) similar to the previous point, Kristen didn't seem very poor either. First off, this same story was used already in Sealed With a Diss (Kristen changes herself for the sake of a guy) and probably every other TV/book series ever made. | this book is a great book for 13 year olds. i love it.if ur a reader than this is a really fast read.i recomend this to girlygirls like me and i hope u like it.make sure uhave read all of the other ones before them or u wont understand wat is happening its funny cuz i started reading one that ended with cliff hanger and i had no clue watwuz happening.

| im 12 years od amd i think this book is a must read.i loved it. it really seems like a real middle school life and is just like the experiences i have had as a 6 grader and now that im a 7 grader it still seems real.young girls must read this.some parents may not want their kids to read this for the following reasons
1.language 2attitude 3.the way they act hopefully they wont rub off on your kids chloe |

| im actually surprised that i didnt like this book so much. im a huge fan of gossip girl series (and the show), but this book wasnt even close to how addicting and great the other series were. i miss the old cast and their storyline. i wasnt drawn to any particular character, and some of their storylines were predictable.

| The book came in with extra features. The previous owner was a library. The book had different types of stains on it and in it. The previous readers loved to eat, drink, and read a lot. If I had a chemistry lab for my child, she could have some fun guessing what they were. Grant it, it was a used book but, I wouldn't ship a product to a customer and make them throw it away. Trash is trash, my house is not a recycling facility. You try to save a tree by buying used books that may have under lined sentences here and there or bent pages. Maybe even some highlighted ... | Again, the Clique returns but has even more interesting twists: boys.
This book was certainly better than the last one, seeing as the first book was all about the petty cat fights about girls. This sequel has an added interest, which is boys, parties, and the foreshadowing of Alicia's downfall. There is more of a backbone to this sequel. The Pretty Committee returns, and they are preparing for the most sugary of holidays: Halloween. Claire is certainly excited, but not in the ways the PC are.
