| Excellent book! My son won't eat green veggies, so sneaking them into his meatballs is a great alternative. The recipies are very creative, just need to add a few more spices to them to make them come alive. |

| I thought it would be more recipes and it actually had very few. It is mostly nutritional talk and statistics. The few recipes they do have are NOT lunch box friendly and are not things kids will eat. |

| I didn't find much new here. If you've read any other lunchbox packing books and have even a little knowledge of nutrition, don't bother with this book. |

| I was looking for cookbooks that have pictures for almost EVERY recipe and this was one that I flipped through in a brick and mortar bookstore. I was even happier when I got the book. Great recipes, great ideas with kids that are healthy (some really neat lunch ideas like a tortilla with peanut butter, apple and granola) and actual recipes we'll eat with yup, you guessed it PICTURES! I don't know about you, but I am a visual person and want to see the cooked version in picture form for recipes. Now I have this. GREAT! |

| I read several recommendations of this book so I borrowed it from the library. What a load of rubbish! The more I read, the more I was shaking my head in disbelief. She seems to use this book as a rant about her role in her marriage. Then there's all the random comments about tarot cards and angels, etc. She claims her husband didn't support her when she started her holistic medical centre for women. | This book is gross. I don't understand where the love story is. The guy is an obsessed pervert and the supposed romantic ending has nothing to do with love at all. There are so many disturbing images from this book that still haunt me. |

| My man has never been the problem in the veggie-eating department; it's *me* who's the problem. I have such a powerful aversion to veggies that I just *can't* eat them. Even when they taste exactly like the dish that they're in, my illogical aversion makes it impossible for me to choke them down. | Probably the best book around about women's health! Very highly recommended. First, I received it as a gift, and I have since bought this book as a gift for my sister and sister-in-law! The book includes ample information regarding conventional medicince, but it also explores alternative medicine as well as nutrition. Discusses psychological and physiological issues that affect the body. A must-buy guide to receiving the true wisdom that the body deserves! |

| I have spent many many hours in the UofG (University of Google) and could relate to this book 100% I could not put it down and finished it in a few hours. My son does not have any diagnosis at this point and may or may not have autism, but it gives so much hope for the future.
