| This is the first firm video I bought and used, it is my favorite.
It is a bout 62 minutes so you need to prepare for that, however when I am short on time you can do the first 30 minutes or skip parts, it is made in sections so its easy to do. When I first did this workout the only other previous training I had was slim-n-six. Going from the hardest video in the slim-n-six to the firm was easy and some of the moves were the same. | Previously my children owned the Toy Story 2 VHS a while back. Over the years, somehow the VHS copy was lost. Since then, my kids have had to borrow copies from their friends as well on rent it from the local video store. When I saw this deal for the special edition 2 disc set on Amazon.com, I quickly jumped on it. Of course, the DVD quality is much better than the VHS. But an extra added bonus was the second DVD which included funny outtakes and a pretty decent game that the whole family enjoys playing. ... Read More: |

| Great book. Written in sense of "Gone with the Wind." Good character development. Really saw the growth of Scarlet, from self-centered child to caring young woman. Always had the feeling, unlike the film, that it was Scarlet and Rhett. Set in Irish history background. |

| An Oldie but Goodie! I've worn out two VHS tapes over the years! Great workout, the best! I have at least 50 exercise DVDs and videos. This is the best of all! Can't find another to come close. Does anyone know if this will ever be released on DVD? I still put it in the old VHS player from time to time but would love to own it on DVD.It's the most awesome program, Cher and Keli Roberts make it fun. Keli is a super instructor. | It's an awesome experience watching Paul Newman play the role of down-and-almost-out attorney Frank Galvin in The Verdict; not to mention James Mason, Jack Warden, and Charlotte Rampling; all given "classic" understated direction by Sidney Lumet.
