| This is a great video and Brungardt is a superb instructor. His book is the best I've read on abs and this is one of the best ab videos I've used. There are actually three workouts on the video. Each gets a bit more challenging.
Brungardt gives you lots of helpful information about your abs and workouts. I would have gladly given it five stars but I found one minor issue. Brungardt showed both a warm up and a cool down but not with each workout in one solid sequence. This could be a ... Read More: |

| While I was never a fan of WCW, I bought some old VHS tapes because I was so sick of watching the some old crap in WWE. Here is my thoughts on Starcade 98
Rey Misterio Jr. VS Juventud Guerrera VS Kidman: Match of the night; These three wrestlers gelled well togehter. I cant believe this match was left off Misterio's dvd set. | I love Leslie Sansone, and am a long time fan. I do enjoy some workouts more than others, and on another site I belong to I saw some negative reviews on this one, but decided to give it a shot. I completely disagree! If you are a Sansone fan (if not still go for it!) But it has two of the old tried and trues, Mary Kay and Carol working along with Leslie. | This video is not as biblically accurate as I was led to believe by the other reviews. I purchased this to augment my bible study teaching so I may be a little tougher on the movie then most people. Dramatic license is taken in several places because of the need to let the viewer know some of the backround as well as the portraying of the actual incidents in Jesus' life. | I am on my third vhs tape and would buy a dvd if one was made. I bought my first tape in 1991 and if I do the exercises 3-4 times a week I see results within two weeks. The most notable result is in your buns. I don't do the cool down so the tape only takes me about 22 minutes to do. I know the exercises by heart so don't watch the tape - I just listen to it. But, if you want a good laugh just watch the dark haired lady on Denise's right. She is always looking away from the camera and then you can tell that the cameraman tells her ... Read More: |

| I never saw Chariots of Fire when it was in the theater in the early 80's, but I became interested in it after I saw some of the sites where it was filmed when I was in Scotland recently.
It's based on the true story of the track team of Great Britain in the 1924 Olympics in Paris. Eric Liddell has become one of my heroes -- standing for what you know is right even in the face of incredible pressure and sacrifice. It's an amazing film!! |

| This video has a great workout on it. It isn't extremely fast paced, gives good instructions and works the entire body. You will have to laugh at the old workout clothing styles though. |
