| This video is a good mix of atmosphere and music. Music is a blend of traditional pieces, with bits of fireplace crackling interspersed. The fireplace crackling fades to the background and does not interrupt the music. The fire is lively enough to keep you interested. It was perfect to bring the season to a condo in Florida. The video will play again next Christmas. Excellent choice. |

| this first in the Veggie series was produced on an absolute shoe-string...copies were being made on an as-needed basis as orders came in, and the animation shows that. but! you can't go wrong with three great songs (God is bigger than the boogie-man, the water buffalo song, and oh no!) that stick in your head. you will find yourself singing them just as often as you catch your kids singing them.

| I ordered the movie for my son that was interested in space. He was 4 and I thought that this was more on his level for learning about the solar system. It was a hit. He thoroughly enjoyed it. The only complaint I have is they failed to inform me the case was beat up but the movie itself was in great condition and I did not have an ounce of problems! |

| Like another reviewer said, I begin this video in my teens (it was actually my sisters). I probably did not really need the lifting effect then but I think it gave me an understanding of which muscles I need to work in order to maintain my shape. I rarely do this now but I do feel that this had a lot to do with building a good framwork so I don't need to work so hard now.
Beware - it is not FUN - and it is DATED - but still quite good. |

| I rented this through Netflix, so had no access to any additional materials that might have been included with it (eye chart, for example).
The only suggestion for improvement I would make is: have a separate workout on the DVD. While Mr. Schneider does go into how long to do each individual exercise when teaching, it would be nice to have a complete, real-time run through on the DVD. The exercises/warm-up he has you go through before you do any of the eye exercises could also be used as a gentle, yet energizing ... Read More: |
