| This film is one that requires the watcher to immerse oneself in another world. A world of cold war tensions, clandestine operations, high level plants and communist witch hunts. Historical facts not with standing, it is a very enjoyable film and is very well done. The pacing and character development is second to none. The movie is star studded and the talent of those present is easily recognizable.

| I am a big fan of both Grace Kelly and Alfred Hitchcock, but I really think this film is ridiculous. We are made to believe that somehow this photographer (Stewart) is holed up in his shoddy back-alley apartment due to an injury, but his gorgeous socialite girlfriend (Kelly) is not at all averse to hanging out there constantly. | I showed this film to my kids more than 20 yrs ago. I recently purchased it and let them watch it again, they still liked it, so much so that they even showed it to their kids who also enjoyed it very much. Great adventure movie. |
