| This is one of the best, if not the best videos that the late, great Jim Henson produced prior to his untimely death. I resell a lot of the children's videos that I purchase on line, at private sales and from my own distributors, and this one literally flys off my auction site as soon as I list one. | I bought this DVD and was SO disappointed when the Love is Gone song was missing! Why oh why? With the song missing from the middle, the significance of the singing of it at the end is lost. I hope there is another release of this with the song included. I really get tired of these dvd companies doing this. If I am purchasing a dvd, I should get the extras or even all of the original...case in point, Carrey's How the Grinch Stole Christmas....where is NOG, NOG, NOG?

| I haven't seen this movie on TV in many years. How sad that such a heartwarming movie has been discarded by the networks. There are plenty of other Christmas movies I could sure do without that they choose to show instead.
I checked again this year to see if it available on DVD and it's not or I would have bought it. We don't own a VCR any longer and I think the price for the VHS are a little much. |

| My son has difficulty with flashcard memorization. This video was used by his sisters in the classroom and they loved it so much I purchased it for my son. I am pleased to say he is finally learning multiplication and enjoys watching the video. I highly recommend this product. |

| I first saw this movie while stationed with the military in Belgium when my sister-in-law made a copy and sent it too us. When it came out on video I bought a copy. This has become a Christmas tradition in our family to watch this movie as faithfully as "White Christmas", "It's A Wonderful Life" and other classics. This should be distributed in DVD. | Do not buy from this seller - false ads and bogus copies. I ordered what was supposed to be a NEW DVD and instead was shipped a BADLY BURNED COPY. And the seller never replied to my email - fortunately, Amazon has wonderful customer service. |

| The plot in "Home Alone" is clearly improbable, but that doesn't detract one whit from the appeal of impish (but sometimes adult far-beyond his years) Macaulay Culkin, bumbling Joe Pesci, and the rest of the cast.
