| The Birds was the most ridiculous horror movie I've watched (and that includes The Evil Dead and other junk). Not only because of the lousy special effects - let's relegate those to the lack of technology. But the characters' reactions to the bird attacks often are preposterous. Let's pick the final scene when Miss Daniels hears a wing flutter and goes in the room at the top of the house, and see how many things are wrong with it:

| The Colony is Space is definitely a classic John Pertwee Dr. Who. If you are a big fan of John Pertwee, this is a must for your collection. I thought the video was okay. If you are a huge Dr. Who fan I would recommend buying this. If you are not a Dr. Who fan and are just getting started out, I would not recommend this video. | If you are new to the Subspecies series, I strongly suggest that you go back and view the first and second movies before diving into the bloodbath of Bloodlust. In this third movie, Radu and Michele have already been fleshed out as developed characters, and the beginning of Bloodlust takes off from where Bloodstone left off, allowing for no introduction to the background. | IN A NUTSHELL: DOES WHAT A TIME TRAVEL MOVIE IS SUPPOSED TO DO!
This sequel of the superb "Back To The Future" is a very earnest attempt to follow a winning formula up with a truly worthwhile effort in this sequel. Complex, yes, but interesting. Unfortunately, at times it gets a bit too mechanically contrived with the time sequence derivations, and I find myself mentally checking the continuity which detracts from the theme. | There are a few movies that I would consider very priceless and classic to the creature flick genre, the first and foremost being The Creature From The Black Lagoon and possibly Attack of the Giant Leeches. But The Blob is special in it's own way, not just because it is a classic.
