| I read recently on a Dark Shadows convention website that the 2 Dark Shadows films will soon be released on a double DVD, both restored!
Dark Shadows is one of the best TV shows ever(IMOHO). Dan Curtis made a HUUUUGE mistake in the 'House of Dark Shadows' movie by killing off nearly the entire Collins clan. i think that maybe he was tired of it all, and had no idea of the cult-like following that would develop around this series. Too bad. |

| What a wack-attack movie. It was a lot of fun. Couple of dry spots where we had to remember what we were watching but overall a great movie. But then we love those old cult classics. If there are more movies with this nut Dr. Morgus we'd buy them too. |

| It is a great movie but it is kind of cursed for me.
Second Buyer returns it back and swears that it should be DVD and tells me that I have to give him/her full refund since it is not his fault and the movie was listed as DVD. It is VHS listing, it is VHS tape, it requires VHS player - if you don't know - it a previous century device that plays a magnetic tape in a black box if you still know what it is. | I did not think they could suscessfully make a flim of this story without it being a shambles. I was very happy to learn I was wrong they did an outstanding job with special effects as well as the tale told in the movie by staying on task with what needed to be included and triming what could be taken out. |
