| My mother gave me this video for my 24th bday. I told her I wanted an aerobics video, and this what she picked out, not knowing what is best on the market. This is one of the best gifts I ever received. I am now 41. I still have it and still do it almost every other day. I mix it with the Standing Legs DVD (I highly recommend the box set: Standing Legs/Upper body and Tough Tape 2/5 Day Abs) or Sandahl Bergman's Vol III Video that I picked up years after receiving Vol II. | I don't know if this is the same video, but if it is, I've been looking for it forever. It has the most annoying presentation, but it was the best abs workout I've ever had. I don't know if I got a rock hard tummy from her workout exercises or from laughing...It doesn't take the time to explain the moves, nor does it spend much time on warm-up, but since I like to do this workout everyday (or every other day), I'm more than happy to skip those things. | This is a great work-out for toning every muscle group in the body. It is great for alternating with other workouts throughout the week. I highly recommend this video for both beginners and for individuals who have been working out for a long time. |

| Hey guys, how you doing? Feeling tired from yoru work out? Me too! You know, if I could give this video more stars than 5, I would, I really would. Um, the only thing that makes me sick, (after doing the actual work out, of course) is the thought of what our good ol' Claudia Schiffer looks like NOW A DAYS. | Upon inital use of this tape, I felt that it could have gone to a more advanced level. Although it does an adequate job of reviewing basic postures. What is lacking is a thorough workout so that a user will want to use this tape as a guide on a regular basis. Great for beginners but no more. |
