| This workout is the best. I started doing it in the mid 80's. I had been doing the tape for about four months before finding out I was pregnant. I did the workout all through out my pregnancy....even the abs! I know it helped me get right back into shape after the baby....five pregnancy's later at the age of 45 I have a flat youthful stomach!! |

| When I scheduled foot surgery that would keep me on crutches for 6 weeks, I started looking around for exercise videos that I could comfortably do. I started with Jodi's first video and then bought Chair Dancing Around the World. The video is very well done. It moves along nicely. I found right from the beginning that I could work at my own level and still receive wonderful benefit from the exercise. | An earlier workout tape, this one doesn't offer the 1, 2, 3 mile options of later Sansone DVDs. Still, a good low-impact workout with optional handweights, moves along at a good pace. |

| The entire series is amazing. I had them on VHS and got rid of them once we converted to dvd. I would love to buy these again, but who has a vcr any more. Anyone know where I can get them in dvd...I'd buy the entire series today. Serious serious workouts. |

| This is a good workout that requires the use of toning cords. Looks deceptively easy, but gives a good workout! It's around fourty minutes long, and I like that like most of his videos, he includes a variety of people of different sizes and at different levels of fitness. Makes you feel more at ease and like you're at a "real" workout, not working out with taped "models". Plus, it gives you the opportunity to view the workout at different levels of intensity, so you can modify it to your own situation! Just wish they would release ... Read More: |

| I finished doing this video for the first time exactly one minute ago, so I can't testify yet for long-term results. However, I have to say that I found it amazing. I have knee problems, and I liked to see that Kathy Kaehler not only made sure that each exercise (especially lunges, squats, hamstring stretches) was done in a way safe for the knees, but she repeatedly reminded me of the proper ankle-knee alignment.

| This is one of my favorite exercise videos when I've been bad and haven't exercised in a long, long time. I can barely get through it at first, but after awhile, it's excellent. All I do is increase the weight in some of the portions. I really need a fresh copy of this video on dvd because mine is showing it's age. |

| I love this yoga DVD. It's soothing and I feel stretched out and relaxed afterwards. The instructor explains the poses well and gives modifications if you aren't that flexible/advanced. It's short enough that I can squeeze it in when I don't have time for a full-length workout. |
