| This is a great product to use at home that allows you to get a quick work out in without moving all of the furniture. You are basically marching in place. It is quick paced so you do get in a good work out. Even my kids (6 & 3) join in for a little exercise. We use soup cans for weights instead of the weighted balls. |

| Dunn's form is great, and it's beautiful to watch him, but if you've ever been to a Tai Chi (or a dance) class, you'll know that it's almost impossible to learn this sort of movement when the instructor is facing you, as is the case throughout the video. You really need to be behind the instructor so that your right is his/her right and vice versa. | I was first introduced to this tape in high school and let me tell you, I wore this tape out! I will freely admit that as a 16-year old, what drew me towards this was my natural flexibility and balance, so I felt like I'd finally found something that embraced my specific physical gifts, but I got into amazing shape with this class.

| Joanie Greggain's Super Stomachs is Awesome! There is no other way to put it. I used this after having my children 20 years ago, and got my shape back. Now that I am in my late 40's my body started to change. I purchased another copy and started working out with it again. My body is almost back where it should be, just need a little more time and I will be back to normal. I just wish it was in DVD. Just saw "Ultimate Abs" and that is my next purchase, just for the new technology. Thanks Joanie for keeping my body in shape all these years! |

| the first Firm videos are the best. I love this volume..great workout head to toe. Only draw back, cannot get it in DVD..times are changing and the videos are going by the way side. Have to keep replacing my videos with new ones!!!! Yes, I have been doing these for 25 years!! Started using them when my daughter was a baby and she is now 26!!! I am 58 and still get compliments......thanks to the FIRM!!! |

| I have lost some weight since using this and Oxycise techniques. However, I have also been eating very carefully and taking supplemetns like Rhodiola (fantastic for energy and mood!) and NuZyme, which also help weight loss. Plus I have been doing other exercises. No, I don't think this tape gives enough variety for exercise. Having said that, I do find these techniques to be very beneficial. | I have been taking yoga classes for some time and have a few of Rodney Yee's tapes. He has a quiet, soothing manner and the scenery is lovely. The only problem that I have with this and some of his other videos are that sometimes when he is coaching the viewer's breathing, he neglects to follow through. |
