| I LOVE this video and need to do it more often! My problem now is I have 2 little boys and when I get on the floor to do it, they want to get on top of me. BUT, if you don't have that problem this is for you. It has different levels of excercises, so there is something for the "new ab excerciser" and those with strong abs already.

| I admit I was skeptical of a product that promised results with seemingly so little effort and the first time around when I tried it, I didn't see much results beyond feeling a little stronger. But then my husband and I tried it together along with a cardio program (20 min. a day) and I lost an inch and half in a matter of less than two months. | I do acknowledge that a lot of people enjoy this series of tapes/dvds and have lost weight using them, but I did not enjoy this workout. I have some of his other tapes (not in the Sweatin to the Oldies series) that I like much better! |

| I have used this video for over 12 years now & this is still the hardest, most thorough step aerobic workout I have ever done PLUS the music, set & camera work is so slick & sexy. You will not find a better, cooler, easier to follow video for a [...] kicking workout ever. I have a case full of other videos collecting dust. Gin Miller is my go-to girl for step aerobics. |

| I used this workout when I was a beginner excerciser, and it was very challenging! But, now I consider myself at a high intermediate level, I pulled this one out of the collection, and the weights, and the push-ups, and the lower body work are too short and are not a challenge, the aerobics will make you break a sweat, and raise your heart rate. But not much of a challenge. So overally this video is for beginners only, if you are not a begginer, but want weight work, try Jane Fonda's Toning and Shaping/Workout with Weights video, and ... | i used this video with a friend of mine 4 times a week for about a month. its cheesy and outdated, but it was a good workout and just challenging enough. my friend and i have different body types, and she loves it... but i, on the other hand, gain muscle in my lower body very, very easily, and within about a week of working out with buns of steel my butt had stayed about the same but my thighs had gotten huge! so... if you do gain muscle easily and don't want to add any to your quads, this might not be for you. but, then again, i think i'm probably ... | This is the best Denise tape I've tried. I wanted a strait cardio workout without grapevines, salsas and more complicated steps that frustrate me (I WILL give up). The steps are easy to follow, have a nice build up and slow down, and get your heart rate up without over doing it. As this is my 10th Denise tape, I have seen some of these moves before but this is the first time I've seen upper and lower body toning combined with aerobics simultaneously, so you there's nothing missing!
