| I own this video. It's a great video although if you haven't exercised in the past 20 years you will definately need to work up slowly to this level of activity. As other reviewers have said Gin Miller's usual bubbly domineer is missing but this isn't the Gin Miller show it's Step Reebok. I like that the moves are simple and easy to follow however the video is not easy. It's fun to be able to track just when you run out of gas & have to take a break. | This is a classic workout from The Old Firm.
These old Firm videos can't be beat. As far as I'm concerned the new firm workouts in no way conform to the scientifically and beautifully formulated original firm videos! I myself will only use the old firm videos and the new whfn videos produced by Anna Benson Get the real deal, don't be fooled by the look alikes! |

| I got this in a grab bag of fitness videos and equipment. It was the lone VHS tape among a bunch of Pilates DVD's, and seemed like an odd companion to them. Anyway, on the request of my mum, I'm watching this one to see if she'd like it, and it looks like a lot of fun. A lot more fun than one of the DVD's I just stumbled through.

| My title says it all. After years of aerobics and running, at age 34 I now see a chiropractor. My muscle aches and pains revolved around STRESS mentally and physically. My chiropractor suggested YOGA as a way to "calm and relieve the stress". Each morning, I get up and do this video. This is when everyone is still sleeping and it is peaceful. | I had this years ago and loved it. Loved the music, loved the moves! Very nice blend of aerobic and light toning. There is some floorwork at the end, as well. I wish this would come out on DVD! |

| I've used this tape (now DVD) for several years in combination with walking/jogging and have experienced satisfying results. Not only am I more limber, but I've developed long and lean muscles. I've taken years of yoga and dance, and feel that this tape is a pretty good combination of strength, stretch and balance. I've even brought it with me on vacation, because I think it's a nice way to start off the day! |

| This is a great way to burn calories and gain muscle tone. It's broken down into cardio and strength sections, so you never get tired of repetitions. It's over before you know it and is more fun than work. |

| Thanks for all the reviews - it helped me to decide to purchase this one. VERY happy. Never had heard of Kathy's tapes before. I'm a low impact exerciser & Kathy REALLY has 2 folks doing the low impact versions next to the other 2 folks doing the high impact. This one is worth the time & will be used often. |
