| I have started doing The Firm body sculpting system again after a 2 year break and I can definately see results after the first 10 workouts. My favorite tape is Cardio Sculpt. I find it easy to follow and quite a good workout. I don't really like the ab sculpt. It seems kind of easy and long. Body Sculpt is extremely hard! | I tried her other Spirit flow almost a year ago & wrote a lengthy review. She moves so slow, you'll fall asleep. She does basic exercises that most dance, etc. use as warm up & she then proceeds to take a 5-7 min warm up & turn it into 22 min.
This is best for those who are totally out of shape or can't exercise. Otherwise save your money. The production quality is great & I do agree if she has that big a chest (hey she was born lucky), she shouldn't be wearing such a low-cut tank ... Read More: |

| This video is awesome. This is the first video I've purchased from Denise Austin because I never thought that she was any different from the plethora of videos on the market, and to my surprise, she has her own style that's different from the others and effective. She does moves that I haven't seen before. So I'm taking Denise seriously now, and recommend this video to be added to your arsenal of work out tapes. |

| I am a physican that wants to exercise more but don't like the the high impact aerobics videos because of a foot injury. I like how Jodi's videos creatively adapts exercises to be done in a chair, and would be useful for a wide audience, young and old. |

| I'm a cashier at a grocery store, and i was frist turned to this tape when my mother ordered it for me through a magazine i think. It sat on my shelf for a good few months before i popped it in and decided to work out, it was difficult to follow first but after trial and error, i got it all down. I used this tape to help me lose weight and I watch it once in the morning and twice in the evening after work to relieve my tension, and it's help me lose alot of weight and build much more confidence!!! | I like Jaime's videos. I hate to work my thighs and buns. But this workout is fast and effective. I have bad knees so I have to modify some of the moves but that creates no problems as I still get a very effective workout.
I use this tape when my muscles are too sore from a weightlifting session and I need something to fill in. Both sessions, if done well, burn about 140 calories or so. If you want to tighten up your buns and/or thighs in a short period of time, this is for you. |
