| For about six years I have used this video as part of a cardiovascular workout....I must say that it is entertaining and after learning the routine, I've actually used it (back in the day - "hahahahaha")to show some friends of mine what it is like. The best part is that it is thorough in that it works the entire body....I've gained flexibility and tonned areas of my body that I've always wanted to trim down.

| I have loved this video since it came out in the late '80's. It is absolutely fantastic!!! I have two copies of it and one that's still in the shrink-wrap, "just in case". I REALLY would love to have it on DVD (and I know I am not alone in this quest!). PLEASE issue this fantastic yoga work-out on DVD! VCR's break-down everyday and are not replaced by the public very often, anymore. Before Blue-Ray takes over, at least creat a DVD version of "A Week With Raquel"!! |

| I've taken tap years ago but never really got the hang of it. I've started with this DVD and within the first lesson, I'm learning so much. It's so fun too and it's direct to the point so you can't get bored.
I love it (now I'm looking one for jazz and ballet :) |

| Excellent video! I was skeptical at first about chair dancing but this made me a firm believer fast! Jodi Stolove is fantastic. Her workout is geared to three different levels and is fairly enjoyable to do. Sure, it can get a little "nerdy" but the terrfic aerobic and bit of toning that you get from doing this workout is worth it!!

| My neighbor gave me this video in 1995 and I have used it until the vcr ate it in january 2007! I just found the video online in June 2007 and am so excited! This denise austin video helped me lose 30 lbs! It's fun, short and a heck of a workout. It really is fun, I cannot wait to get a copy again. |

| I watched for 10 minutes and I had to stop. They make you chant at the beginning as a part of the workout and it's really creepy. I was looking for a nice workout, not an introduction to a new religion. |

| This is by far my favorite work out tape ever and when I say ever I mean I have had this as part of my collection for about a decade now. The workout has three areobic sections and three strength training sections that work all areas of your body. It is not grueling or repetitious, instead you go through various moves that are easy to follow yet change enough that you don't get bored. I have noticed a visible difference in my muscle tone due to this workout.

| About 16 years ago I purchased the "Cindy Crawford Shape Your Body" VHS tape! It helped me to lose 30 pounds back then. Now, three kids later, I realized that I needed to find Cindy again :) I was thrilled to find the same video (on DVD this time) on Amazon.com. I purchased it and still love it!
