| ...this trainer is one of the best ever.I used to follow his program on ESPN and his classes were wonderful for the body and for the soul.I'm in this site looking for his videos just because I never found other training as good as his.Were you looking for good training or doing a research on looks? All I can see is a nice person who knows how to get you into fitness with a cheerful way.If you choose to miss it,it's your loss. |

| This workout is execllent for toning. If a person is trying to lose weight, I would recommend to combine it with aerobics and weight training exercises. One important thing to keep in mind is that this dvd is not for beginners or people who are new to yoga. Sarah Ivanhoe is one of my favorite instructer, and her cueing is perfect. After sometime you don't need to look at the tv screen.. |

| This video came out in 1994, I didn't buy it till 2007. I think it's the BEST step video, and probably the best of all aerobic workouts, that I own. It really stands the test of time, as you can tell from people leaving postive reviews for this video for several years now. I'm high-intermediate to advanced but when it comes to step, I don't like to learn complex choreogrpahy because that just wastes precious workout time. | I've been using Oxycise on and off for about 8 years and I will continue to use it for the rest of my life because it works!
Obviously the production was cost effective but if you want an exercize option that will: a. allow you to lose weight and inches quickly b. allow you to do the above in only 15 minutes a day c. allow you to workout during luch hour and (see d.) d. keep you from sweating gallons and therefore requiring another shower e. allow you to see results almost ... | Essential Matwork really provides a good foundation for a correct understanding of Pilates. I had been doing Pilates for about 6 months and found that there were some muscles I was not working the right way. The exercises can seem simple if you aren't doing them correctly. So yes, it takes patience to learn the right way, but that makes this video an excellent place to get started! Once you master these basic skills, going on to another Stott video will keep you from getting bored. |

| As far as Denise Austin is concerned, this is probably the worst tape by her that I've come across (and I've tried quite a few of them!) She's quite obnoxious here, more so than she usually is, and is constantly shouting annoyingly lame phrases like "if you rest, you rust!" or "if you don't squeeze it (your [...]) no one else will!". Plus, the tape just screams cheesiness, b/c they start the workout using the "rocky" theme song. I literally winced when I first heard it, thinking "you've got to be kidding me..."

| This video is the perfect way for me to ease into my day. I get up, put on the coffee, then pop in "Stretchin' To The Classics". The music is soothing and the stretching takes away that morning stiffness. By the time the tape is over 15 minutes later, I feel calm and limber. And, my coffee is just finishing.
I also use it sometimes in the evening when I get the urge to snack. Popping in this tape gives me 15 minutes to let go of that urge and replace it with a different type of feel-good. The fact that there is ... Read More: |
