| I have been an ardent Step Reebok follower for years. But the Power Workout video has now replaced all my cardio routines and it is the only cardio workout I now do. It is one of the coolest workout cassettes I have ever seen and followed. I just love this one and look forward to my 'cardio workout days'!! Gin is great and she really keeps you going in this one. I would recommend it one hundred percent. Its FUN! It feels great! Its a lot of sweat! |

| I was always finding excuses to not exercise, and after hearing success stories, i wanted one of my own. This is short and simple, and VERY motivating. It's only about 18 minutes, with a small amount of stretching at the end. Between this and the three mile, is how i get my exercise, it's also motivated me to go out and take an outdoor walk daily!! PERFECT for beginners.

| This is indeed "yoga for the rest of us." No need to be a beginner with joints that bend like Mr. Bill's. The people in this yoga tape range from about 38 to 70 years old and for every pose there are options for those wishing more stretch, or less. Chairs can even be used. I reviewed every yoga tape in our public library, looking for one that gave us the benefits of a yoga workout without leaving us in knots. A great entry into yoga for almost any age group! | I find this to be an excellent workout\stretching video for people like me who consider themselves beginners. Those that are more advanced may not find this to be challenging enough. It is a full twenty minutes of stretching that covers triangle and warrior poses along with squats and arm stretching. It also comes with an intro explaining the use of vitamins and minerals. |

| This moved way too fast for a beginner who knows virtually nothing about yoga. I completely disagree with another reviewer who said the instructor took time to fully explain the poses. Using the warrior pose as an example, I heard nothing about the correct positioning of the feet and would have done it wrong if it hadn't been for ALan Finger explaining the form correctly on another DVD.
Strangely, the woman who was doing the more advanced version of the exercises appeared...failing a politically correct way ... Read More: |

| This video just plain rocks! I started using this tape when I was 18 and got amazing results. I am now 31 and still come back to it when I need to lose weight and tone up. It's SO effective, but not too hard that I injure myself. I always have sore knees after doing the Firm. There are no lunges in this video which I love. The cardio is TOUGH and makes my lungs burn and the toning is just perfect. Lots of arm work so be prepared. This is a great tape to get your butt in shape and have fun at the same time. LOVE IT!! |
