| I bought this video for my 81 year old mother. She has suffered with Arthritis pain and limited movement in all her joints for years.Since most of the exercises are done sitting in a chair she decided to give it a try. She has been doing the exercises for about 2 weeks, everyday ,and I can see a marked improvement not only in her mobility but also in her mood.I believe this exercise video will add many productive and happy years onto her life. |

| This dvd really surprised me! I am not used to the balance ball workouts, thinking they would not be that effective. Silly me! This is a great workout, challenging for me as a beginner. Easy to follow and it flowed smoothly. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because I did have an achy back after, but I have 2 herniated disks, and just need to keep doing it to build up my core (hence the reason for this particular workout!)I would recommend it to anyone though. |

| This is an awesome program. It healed my backpain. I had suffered backpain for more than three years. I went to see my doctor and chiropractor and none of them helped, not mention the fact that lots of time was spent in doctor office visits. After finished six-week program, my backpain was gone. I can sleep better and walk better. Thank author for the wonderful program. |

| I tend to disagree with the other reviews. I had this video and was sorry I got rid of it. This video would be great for my current situation. Arthritis in my ankle and haven't worked out in too many years. It's a more controlled pace, with easier moves than some videos/DVDs I have used. I will agree with the toning portion - it's mediocre at best, but the aerobic is a good steady pace for beginners, and I think once you have mastered this video, you would be able to move on to other more complex, ... | I have only used Kathy Smith videos a few times. As a matter of fact, I have only bought them for cardio and was never too impressed. I've always done weight training by myself, never with a video. . . but, feeling as if I've plateaued, I bought a few weight training dvds. This was among them.

| This was one of the first videos I bought when I began my weight loss and exercize plan. My husband (who's in great shape) and I still use it three years later. We get it out about once a week or whenever our other workouts don't include abs. There are four great ab workouts and we like the one that's billed the most difficult -- and trust me (I do abs daily), it's difficult. We love it. | This is the best workout tape! I have 3 kids, 3 and under and this is the only thing I used to help me lose the weight all three times. I lost all my pregnancy weight in less than 5 months, each time, and I didn't even start working out until sometimes as late as 3 months after their births. Anyway, more importantly, it works! I look better than I did in high school! |
