| As a beginner to yoga, I was very surprised to see the fast pace of this workout. You barely get into position before Rodney jumps (literally) to a different one. He does not explain or talk you through most of this workout. It is very repetitious with lots and lots of upward and downward dogs and forward bends. I was disappointed with this video, as compared to Yoga for Athletes which sounds very, very daunting but has three levels of demonstration and Rodney slowly moves through the sessions ... | I loved this video! The beginning with the elephants in the water relaxing expresses a favorite elephant characteristic of mine -- they enjoy having fun and can be very laid back! Other parts of the video, such as the story of the abandoned baby elephant, show the seriousness of the life of an elephant in the wild, as well as their compassion for other animals. | I agree with the awful teaching, but what was worse for me was the camera angles. We need to see the WHOLE BODY, people!! Showing a close-up of the torso while trying to get certain steps down is ridiculous! Getting creative with camera angles is not helpful during an instructional video. The best thing to do is just set the camera steady and let us see the whole body.
The whole thing was a mess! |

| I ordered this Sept 10th. With standard 10 days shipping and handling the product hasn't arrived, I have sent two email inquirys with no response and several phone calls, always getting put on hold forever. Finally I got a live person who said "Oh, it says this product is on back order, I didnt know it was on back order. Let me find out and call you back." Well it is Oct 10th and I have not had a call back and do not have the product. No one ever mentioned it is on back order and so I am out $250.75. A complete rip-off! |

| My daughter (2 1/2 yrs) enjoys this video. My daughter is mostly potty trained when I got this video. I think it did help reaffirm some of the practices that we do now but I don't think this has helped in potty-training. There's alot of essential details missing if you are looking to help with potty training. I give it high rating because it is entertaining. | I am 2/3 finished with this book and I find it outstanding. All Americans should not only read this book, but realize the bad habits that the great American diet has caused to their bodies and this planet.
Parents must read this book before forcing milk, milk products and meat products down the throats of their children. | We have active twin boys and we can't stress how helpful the techniques were in The Happiest Toddler on the Block DVD; Dr. Karp has done it again! I can't say that I am perfect all the time, but I can say that when we do use the techniques and express to the boys that we truly and SINCERELY understand their feelings, they listen. Not only that, but they treat us and others with respect. Acting out/tantrums are definitely minimized too. |
