| The only bad news is that this challenging and brilliantly scripted and acted film is but a low-budget TV drama. Once that has been taken on board and expectations adjusted the point should be ignored in much the same way as we happily watch classics such as 'Brief Encounter' or 'Casablanca' even though 'unfortunately' shot in monochrome.

| First, Cringley is great, and makes a great documentary. Howerver, years later, in 2007, this documentary is pretty hilarious. What a trip down memory lane before the apocalyptic meltdown of 2000. Its funny hearing, that Excite and Amazon are valued at over "1 billion dollars". I loved the history of how the Internet was actually created by DARPA. Definately worth watching.

| Adorable is a great word for this video-a very nice change from animation and the kids are completely intrigued to see the live animal footage set to holiday music and with Santa doing the voice over...a classic in the making! |

| During some parts, my husband and I couldn't contain ourselves! This dvd is great! We didn't see the TV version very often, maybe that's why almost everything we saw was new. But, about 20% of it wasn't all that funny, though. |

| This is one of those movies where you get it or you don't. Fans of screwed up absurdist humor will likely love it as Zappa is mainly depicting how warped his friends, bandmates, and himself are through a succession of rapid fire edits and mini skits. If that's not your cup of tea, then you might wanna sit this one out as it's likely to cause annoyance. | Our girls started with eyewitness Planets and our collection has grown. They love this video. It shows insects up close and explains a lot of the"ickiness" about them in a format that is interesting to children. Our kids are less intimidated because the understand why spiders spin web. They are fascinated by them now, instead of afraid. |
