| this first in the Veggie series was produced on an absolute shoe-string...copies were being made on an as-needed basis as orders came in, and the animation shows that. but! you can't go wrong with three great songs (God is bigger than the boogie-man, the water buffalo song, and oh no!) that stick in your head. you will find yourself singing them just as often as you catch your kids singing them.

| this is the best movie in the history of animated movies! it is full of excitment with an enchanting story about a little girl named Sophie and a giant called the BFG (big friendly giant). i am 9 years old and i think the book is equally as good as the movie is!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

| My 28 month old absolutely loves this video and I feel great knowing he's learning. The songs keep his attention from start to finish. I would recommend this to any parent of a curious and rambunctious toddler. |

| Although I found Amos to be a little anthropomorphic, he functions as an excellent literary device to add comedy to an otherwise perhaps boring autobiography. While Amos probably did not write the first sentence of the Declaration, it seems quite likely, judging from recent historical findings, that he did indeed invent bifocals. Anyway this movie is da bomb!!! LOL!!11!! |

| My 2 year old LOVES Dora the Explorer. We now have a few of these tapes, since Dora is not on t.v. all day long. This tape, the second in our collection, is adorable. She loves the episode with the little blue bird (where does he have to go? To the little blue tree!). I like these videos because they do teach the children some basic Spanish words, instead of just having them glued to watch the show. Now my daughter uses words like "Vamanos!" and "delicioso" correctly, and at 2, I think this is a pretty big accomplishment. We recommend Dora the Explorer ... Read More: |
