| I wouldn't go out of my way for this if I wasn't a Bond completist, but NSNA seems to me to be a fair-to-middling Bond outing that compares favorably to its contemporary (1983) 'official' competition, OCTOPUSSY. Despite a low budget the film doesn't feel cheap, the recycled plot is one of the better ones, and Connery, although hamming it up a bit as a middle-aged superspy, is still everybody's favorite Bond.

| I'm NOT Indian, but I agree completely with baylor in the previous review.
This is a very good film...I own it...watch it maybe once a year - and NOT at bedtime - because I am tired of all the feel-good films and this expresses very well the anger and feeling of helplessness that goes with disenfranchisement. The characters are true to themselves so have to be admired, even if you don't like them...and in some indefinable way, they all "grow" too. |

| I thought the artistry was great in this movie, but it's definitely not for youngsters who like claymation. The subject content was pretty morbid, even though the movie ends positively. I was kind of shocked that it was so violently suggestive - it was scary, and I'm an adult. I felt uncomfortable, which is why I don't watch it that often. After seeing this, I am much happier watching his other works like "Wallace and Gromit", which is far more suitable for children. |

| A bunch of prisoners is recruited in order to rescue a kidnapped woman in Vietnam. So the master in command (Michael Dudikoff) will be assigned to make this epic attempt to save her life and bring her back safe and alive to his country.
Plenty of action and some interesting issues for the thought. Well edited and a secure direction. |

| It sure would be nice if this movie were to become available on DVD or
Blu-Ray it it's original theatrical widescreen release. Remastered sound and picture, if necessary, would be great, too. This is one of Paul Newman's best films. Looking forward to the day. |

| People who rave about this movie, it makes me wonder .. have you ever seen a Bond before (Particularly the early ones with Sean Connery and the Moore films LALD, TPWLM, FYEO & OP). This is a bad film no ifs ands or buts. Period. The plot is warmed over GOLDFINGER with Christopher Walken over the top as an East German superman experiment out of control as Max Zorin.
