| In the same mold as 'Born Free', this documentary style film, to me, is much better. It's about a 3rd generation London Zoo lion named 'Christian', that acts like a human...and his eventual introduction into a life with wild lions in Africa. Much of the film centers around George Adamson, and how he forms a pride of lions out of rehabilitated, orphan cubs. Which is just amazing.

| I bought this first set of tae-bo when it just came out in 2000, one of my friends who was practicing martial arts recommended it. I was fairely active and athletic, but after my first pregnancy it was so hard to get back in shape. I was struggling for a few years, trying walking, jogging, gym, classes, everything with minor results. And then I started doing tae-bo. | This is the original workout that will give you results, all others are followers. I remember when this was sold on vinyl or album, text book and VHS. I remember going to exercise class when our instructor would plug in the record player and play the album format. This is the best workout to date. I got results back when it was introduced in 1982 and now that I finally found a copy (unfortunately it is not sold on DVD) and started using it again I have achieved the same results. | I wasn't sure if I should give this film five stars in terms of how it stands against, say, CITIZEN KANE or LAWRENCE OF ARABIA, but after reading many of the other reviews here, I think I should. I can watch my (VHS) video of it over and over - the reasons why have mostly been said by others.
I just wanted to add that, if you have an all-region DVD player and can't wait until it's FINALLY released here, there is a Hong Kong release available at Asian DVD sites, like yesasia. Perhaps Amazon could get this one, review its quality, ... Read More: |

| I bought this tape in an effort to build body strength and lose some pounds. It was a penny before shipping so I didn't think twice whether to buy it or not. I think that it is a great workout for beginners like myself. I do think that Billy Blanks probably should have done this video by himself. The camera focused too much on the other people in the tape and not enough on him, so it is hard to see where he places his foot and how he twists his knees during jabs. | ok this video is a little bit outdated but i like it, it looks better than the sterile white boring backgrounds of current videos. the work out is challenging but after a while it gets easier to keep up and complete each set. the best thing about it is it really creates results!! |

| My son has difficulty with flashcard memorization. This video was used by his sisters in the classroom and they loved it so much I purchased it for my son. I am pleased to say he is finally learning multiplication and enjoys watching the video. I highly recommend this product. |
