| I have really enjoyed this video. A team of us at work are doing the 8 minute workout during our safety meeting and then at lunch. I have mastered the 8 minute workout and will proceed at home doing the Basic. At work we will continue to do the 8 minute workout until the group is ready to move forward at lunch to the Basic. I would and have recommended this video to friends of mine. I have being doing the 8 minute workout for 5 weeks now and I can feel and see the results. TAEBO REALLY WORKS!!!! |

| This video is appropriate for people who have no interest in a yoga workout whatsoever. It is slow, ineffective, and short. More time is spent reading the warnings than doing any real yoga. The am portion is so slow it will put you right back to sleep. Save your money! Buy a real yoga video! |

| This is a great product to use at home that allows you to get a quick work out in without moving all of the furniture. You are basically marching in place. It is quick paced so you do get in a good work out. Even my kids (6 & 3) join in for a little exercise. We use soup cans for weights instead of the weighted balls. |

| I bought this because I wanted to excersize at home and this seemed like it would be a good work out. I have so far tried the first video of the 2 pack and it is an hour long. It was a very good aerobic work out and I couldn't get through the whole hour (45min) before I was really tired. I hadn't worked out in a while so this really tired me out. | I have started doing The Firm body sculpting system again after a 2 year break and I can definately see results after the first 10 workouts. My favorite tape is Cardio Sculpt. I find it easy to follow and quite a good workout. I don't really like the ab sculpt. It seems kind of easy and long. Body Sculpt is extremely hard! I remembered why I quit the Firm before- this video is killer on the knees. It moves so fast it is hard to protect your knees. This video also has a section on upper body which is really good ... | I happened to catch the 1-mile walk on a hotel room TV. As soon as it was over, I ordered the DVD. The 1-mile walk is fast and easy--about 20 minutes and you've knocked out a mile and used lots of different muscles. I do the one mile every morning (in my work clothes!) and the two-mile in the evening. (It takes 35 minutes.) After a month of this, I'm still not bored and...most importantly...I'm down two pants sizes. It's great! |

| I had heard that yoga gave a good workout, but had no idea until I received this set. You will sweat, but feel so good afterward. I needed something that would be good for my back and also relieve a lot of stress. Rainbeau s very competent and gives great direction. You can set your own pace, and while she's explaining the moves, once you get it down, you can do several before she moves to the next move. So, you can make it burn, or make it meditative. |
