| My son has difficulty with flashcard memorization. This video was used by his sisters in the classroom and they loved it so much I purchased it for my son. I am pleased to say he is finally learning multiplication and enjoys watching the video. I highly recommend this product. |

| I grew up in the 70's and 80's watching School House Rock. My favorites have always been "Interjection," "Lolly Lolly Get Your Adverbs Here," "Unpack Your Adjectives." Today, I teach College Prep Writing at a community college, and I introduce my students to the parts of speech with this video. And when I do, I always hear the comments from the back of the room, "Oh my God, she's even singing along." These songs work wonders even for adults. | No, the School House Rock segments are not all correct, nor are they right on the money, when it comes to History. But, you have to realize, they were never meant to be. Our text books in school are not 100% accurate either. SHR was never meant to be 100% accurate. It was created to make kids think, and present the material in a way where it would be fun. | This is a great video for teaching kids about money. I used to watch Schoolhouse Rock on Saturday mornings. I now have the opportunity to pass it on to my son. He has learned principals from this video that he will never forget. It is very educational and assists him in learning while not being taught in a long drawn out boring way. I would recommend this to anyone who needs help laying a foundation to build upon for their family for a long time. |

| It taught me about science in a different way from the way people normally learn about science. I liked it because it's got some funny parts. Lots of times people learn science by seeing and having someone explain things to them. But this is different. For example, Telegraph Line uses a mailman delivering messages from the brain, which people don't usually see. This makes learning fun. |

| As expected, my 2 year old can't get enough of Richard Scarry. My older four boys watched the Scarry videos when they were younger. When they outgrew them, I sold them in a garage sale. Enter baby #5, a total surprise. When I decided to re-buy these for him, I discovered they were no longer available. VHS copies are easy to come by used, but used DVDs cost a fortune. I'm buying one at a time over a period of a few months so as not to break the bank. Worth every penny, though. We don't watch television around here, but my 2 year old is spellbound ... Read More: |

| I recently purchased the following videos: Best ABC Video, Best Counting Video, Best Learning Songs, Best Silly Stories & Songs, Best Busy People. These videos are all about 15-20 years old (release date) and I had my reservations as to whether my 3 year old would like them, as he is very stuck on his LeapFrog letter and words videos (which I also love).
