| I have really enjoyed this video. A team of us at work are doing the 8 minute workout during our safety meeting and then at lunch. I have mastered the 8 minute workout and will proceed at home doing the Basic. At work we will continue to do the 8 minute workout until the group is ready to move forward at lunch to the Basic. I would and have recommended this video to friends of mine. I have being doing the 8 minute workout for 5 weeks now and I can feel and see the results. TAEBO REALLY WORKS!!!! |

| I bought this because I wanted to excersize at home and this seemed like it would be a good work out. I have so far tried the first video of the 2 pack and it is an hour long. It was a very good aerobic work out and I couldn't get through the whole hour (45min) before I was really tired. I hadn't worked out in a while so this really tired me out. | This is a great workout for a moderate exerciser. It is highly energizing with easy-to-learn moves, little repetition, and a great mix of high intensity bursts followed by low intensity recovery. It is a nice length- it doesn't leave one wanting for more or exhausted. One can also get what they want from it. If you're feeling like a light day you can do the moves without much intensity. | As far as Denise Austin is concerned, this is probably the worst tape by her that I've come across (and I've tried quite a few of them!) She's quite obnoxious here, more so than she usually is, and is constantly shouting annoyingly lame phrases like "if you rest, you rust!" or "if you don't squeeze it (your [...]) no one else will!". Plus, the tape just screams cheesiness, b/c they start the workout using the "rocky" theme song. I literally winced when I first heard it, thinking "you've got to be kidding me..."

| This video got me back into working out. It is fun to do and never borning. The moves are easy to learn and it is broken down into segments (punching, aerobic, kicking, weights, and abs) so no one aspect lasts too long. I have had this video for 3 1/2 years, have done it 150+ times and I still love it. As I have become more advanced I use it now as a quick morning workout or I do it before strength training.
