| The product was ok. However, I had a HUGE problem with Amazon. First, your website does not give a confirmation page to proof before you submit your order. When I got the email confirmation a few minutes later, it showed I ordered 2 DVD's instead of 1! I immediately phoned a representative at Amazon because the website would not let me make a change to my order because the website said it was already "processing". | I love this workout and wish all step workouts were more like it: fun, varying in uncomplicated steps, and enthusiastic.
I honestly forgot I was working out and the time flew by. The cueing is the best I've seen on any workout DVDs I've done. Enjoy! |

| My son left home for college and wanted to take this Pilates DVD with him. My daughter said, "No way. I use it every day, too." I had to order an extra copy. We put Denise on "mute" and work out with music. |

| This dvd really surprised me! I am not used to the balance ball workouts, thinking they would not be that effective. Silly me! This is a great workout, challenging for me as a beginner. Easy to follow and it flowed smoothly. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because I did have an achy back after, but I have 2 herniated disks, and just need to keep doing it to build up my core (hence the reason for this particular workout!)I would recommend it to anyone though. |

| I love this workout. I'm an advanced exerciser & have been using DVD's at home exclusively for 12 years. I've shied away from Pilates because I like more movement and need to feel I'm working hard. Once I started using Ellen Barrett's modern Pilates workouts with cardio I'm hooked. After 7 weeks of consistently using her DVD's I'm now finally noticing some great changes in my body. | Essential Matwork really provides a good foundation for a correct understanding of Pilates. I had been doing Pilates for about 6 months and found that there were some muscles I was not working the right way. The exercises can seem simple if you aren't doing them correctly. So yes, it takes patience to learn the right way, but that makes this video an excellent place to get started! Once you master these basic skills, going on to another Stott video will keep you from getting bored. |

| This video is the perfect way for me to ease into my day. I get up, put on the coffee, then pop in "Stretchin' To The Classics". The music is soothing and the stretching takes away that morning stiffness. By the time the tape is over 15 minutes later, I feel calm and limber. And, my coffee is just finishing.

| This workout video has given me the best toning results that I have ever had. It is easy to follow and fun to do. I feel lengthened, stronger and toned when I do it on a regular basis. I had so many people comment on my body once I had been doing this workout for a couple of months. For the first time in my life I actually felt 100% confident in a bathing suit PLUS it totally diminished my hard to get rid of love handles. This is a MUST have as far as I am concerned!!! |

| Very easy to follow and moves along. Other Pilates DVD's I've tried are dragged out and not fun to work along with. I have been doing it faithfully since receiving it. Still working on Beginners. There is also an Advanced section which I will get to after a few months. Already notice firming up of abs and legs. |
