| I watched for 10 minutes and I had to stop. They make you chant at the beginning as a part of the workout and it's really creepy. I was looking for a nice workout, not an introduction to a new religion. |

| This video used to be the only one available for pregnant people. I have used it for three pregnancies, including my current one which is a twin pregnancy. The music is elevator Glori Estefan. Denise is a little too perky for the hormonal, the moves are dated and the costumes are ridiculous. That being said, it's great for begining exercisers or off days for those who are too tired for anything more intense. | This is a good pregnancy video especially if you are not overly athletic. It is not overly challenging, but it includes the Salsa, Yoga and stretches. The instructor seems very knowledgable and is very positive and encouraging. It's fun to do the Salsa and I look forward to it. The yoga is very repetitive, but it's sort of nice because this way you do not have to think a lot about what you are doing. It does work out the hips and legs very well. | Even though this video is very 80s, I love it! I used it throughout my first pregnancy and afterward, and I will definitely continue to use it through this next one. Right after I gave birth to my firstborn (you know when you lose the water weight), I immediately could see the huge muscles in my legs that had developed all during the pregnancy from using this video! I found the skills for birth to be very helpful as well, and the infant massage was fun and interesting. This is definitely a must for any woman who is expecting. |

| This is a GREAT pregnancy workout. Not to strenuous, not to easy. I was able to complete this workout until my 7th month (I got really huge). I even used this workout to loose the baby weight after the baby was born, but it can be annoying to workout with pregnant woman on the screen when your not pregnant!
I was in reasonably good shape before I started this program. May be too strenuous if your pregnant and starting from scratch. I'd recommend this to any pregnant woman who wants to exercise. It will help you ... Read More: |

| I own a variety of prenatal yoga dvds and this is one of my top 3. I have horrible sciatica in the pregnancy and nothing helps relieve the pain associated with the back of my leg, lower back as well as hip/joint pain like this dvd. There are a lot of easy and effective front bending postures which work to take the pressures off the areas pregnancy put pressures on.
