| Upon inital use of this tape, I felt that it could have gone to a more advanced level. Although it does an adequate job of reviewing basic postures. What is lacking is a thorough workout so that a user will want to use this tape as a guide on a regular basis. Great for beginners but no more. |

| Dunn's form is great, and it's beautiful to watch him, but if you've ever been to a Tai Chi (or a dance) class, you'll know that it's almost impossible to learn this sort of movement when the instructor is facing you, as is the case throughout the video. You really need to be behind the instructor so that your right is his/her right and vice versa. Also, and annoyingly, the run-through of the full form is photographed in such a way that you often can't see below Dunn's waist. Good art, I suppose, but worthless ... Read More: |

| This has got to be the worst video I have ever seen. The ever changing back ground made me feel like I was watching a Star Trek movie. It looked like they were being beamed around everywhere. At times I felt sea sick. I was really looking forward to this tape. How disappointing it is. |

| I liked how clearly she described and demonstrated the movements, but I found her version of the form to be awkward and stilted rather than demonstrating the graceful and free-flowing movements I used to see performed each morning in the parks near our city's Chinatown.
The hand movements are odd and I find it hard to relate them to the martial-arts foundation of tai chi (e.g., other instructors leave the palm facing the opponent for an obvious strike, whereas this tape has you looking as if you just are going ... Read More: |

| I'm a cashier at a grocery store, and i was frist turned to this tape when my mother ordered it for me through a magazine i think. It sat on my shelf for a good few months before i popped it in and decided to work out, it was difficult to follow first but after trial and error, i got it all down. I used this tape to help me lose weight and I watch it once in the morning and twice in the evening after work to relieve my tension, and it's help me lose alot of weight and build much more confidence!!! | I like this video. Bill has a very quiet and calm style of teaching that immediately makes you feel like he's chatting with you and you alone. He also looks like an average joe in sweats -- not some overmuscled hunk that makes you feel intimidated immediately -- he looks like me! The sitting Qi Gong meditation was a nice introduction to my own Buddhist meditations and the Qi Gong warm-up exercises are very good.
