| Liza Minelli is such a brilliantly expressive actor and dancer, that she can overcome any tired cliche that's thrown at her (starting with the title of this film), and this one has cliches that weren't even cliches in 1991. She's so great in every scene that the viewer forgets that the talents of Andrea Martin, for example, are wasted. Wasted. | I've been playing around with my guitar for some time, trying to teach myself how to play the thing since professional lessons are way more than I can afford right now. This little DVD was just what I needed to get me past the chording hurdle. Being able to play along with someone else is a big help. I would recommend this DVD as a good beginning to teaching yourself how to play. |

| This video is a good mix of atmosphere and music. Music is a blend of traditional pieces, with bits of fireplace crackling interspersed. The fireplace crackling fades to the background and does not interrupt the music. The fire is lively enough to keep you interested. It was perfect to bring the season to a condo in Florida. The video will play again next Christmas. Excellent choice. |

| I think this VHS was actually detrimental to my grandson's potty training. The only use he saw for a potty chair like his was a toy bear; all the children in the tape used the big potty and were 4+ it looked like. So, back at square one where he thinks his potty chair is a toy. This VHS might be ok for bigger kids, but even then I would like to see a little less extaneous material, ie, party footage, etc. |

| my son learned to sign using these vids. i truly believe it lessened his tantrums in the 1-2 stage tremendously. he rarely had meltdowns and was using his signs to communicate to us what he wanted. |

| Lilias is a wonderful teacher. She is what made me feel like yoga was something I could do. This tape is two half hour classes. They are not very demanding and focus more on how to approach the asanas in a quality performance rather than quantity of asanas. She emphasizes how you should be feeling as you go in and out of the poses. The workout is pretty easy and she takes you into relaxation at the conclusion. Stephen Chow is amazing. I am a fan of anything he has done. The soundtrack to this film is outstanding!! It adds so much to the movie and can stand alone as well. I have the US release soundtrack and the Hong Kong version as well, and they are just terrific!! Looking foward to kung fu hustle 2 when/if he gets it done. |
