| Liza Minelli is such a brilliantly expressive actor and dancer, that she can overcome any tired cliche that's thrown at her (starting with the title of this film), and this one has cliches that weren't even cliches in 1991. She's so great in every scene that the viewer forgets that the talents of Andrea Martin, for example, are wasted. Wasted. | I've watched this DVD COUNTLESS times, and NO MOUSE ever says 'damn". The stories are cute and funny, and by the way, there are 4, not 3. The story called "Henry's Halloween" is especially funny, and one of our favorites. This DVD is a must for every fan of Angelina Ballerina! |

| I started taking dance lessons several months ago and the Cha-Cha was one of the dances being taught. I didn't want to wait to learn this dance so I decided I'd get the tape beforehand to get a head start. The video was very good in terms of teaching the basic steps and moves. Probably too much time was spent practicing each step but I also feel the same way about my dance instructor, some people in our class do need the constant repetition but I would prefer more moves being taught. | After reading all these wonderful reviews I was expecting something a little more professional in it's taping. As it was, the camera couldn't seem to hold still long enough to show exactly what some of the moves were. It was all over the place. I learned a few moves, but this video seemed more like an infomercial or testimony rather than an instruction video. Too much talking and not enough instruction. Over all, they teach 3 hip roles, but claim to teach 4. The fourth one is the same as the first one, just on your knees instead of standing. ... Read More: |
