| My 4.5 month old got these when he was 3 months. He will not look at the screen for very long when I play these videos. After about 5 minutes he is bored. The entire premise is based on your child Looking at the words. There is not any background music or bright colors, as there is in the Baby Einstein videos. My son can't get enough of those. I'll keep trying periodically, though. Maybe when he's older he will pay attention to the screen. |

| I think this VHS was actually detrimental to my grandson's potty training. The only use he saw for a potty chair like his was a toy bear; all the children in the tape used the big potty and were 4+ it looked like. So, back at square one where he thinks his potty chair is a toy. This VHS might be ok for bigger kids, but even then I would like to see a little less extaneous material, ie, party footage, etc. |

| I did like that the character's use of a normal toilet and not a separate potty. We have only taught our daughter to use toilets. That was one of the main reason's I wanted this video. However, it does spend too much time with other scenes and not actual toilet training. Plus there is only one movie of toilet training out of 3 on the DVD. |

| My grandson is 2 and loves to listen to this DVD when he goes to sleep. Well, most of the time. It is very soothing and great music!!!! When I received the DVD the case was completely cracked into. I probably should have returned it but I really wanted it to help put him to sleep and the DVD played fine. |

| This DVD is basically the sex ed you got in public school. I was disappointed when I wasted time watching and the last ten minutes covered babies. |

| My boys LOVE this DVD. I only bring it out during the Holiday Season and it never fails to captivate them. They are 2 and 4 and still continue to enjoy this one. |

| I got this video a couple of years ago and my son with global developmental delay and major speech problems. He had complete access to it. He liked it and learned all the words. We misplaced it for awhile and now he has it out again and is in his room saying and practicing the words/signs by himself. |

| It is a great video that is easy to follow. It really helped my husband feel a part of the pregnancy. He didn't get to feel all the things I did as my body changed and the baby grew, but he did feel good about being able to still be involved with it all in some way and give me some really soothing support. We even used some of the techniques in labor so that, even though I was induced, we were able to go pain medication free! I highly recommend this video. | While I hate to admit it, my 8 month old is hooked on Baby Einstein. His favorites are Baby Shakespeare, Baby McDonald, Numbers Nursery, and Baby VanGogh--i.e., all the classical puppet format types. Baby Shakespeare has beautiful imagery and poetry, but also the fun puppets my little guy loves to see. I've researched the BE series thoroughly, and highly recommend these.
