| One of the things which makes this film so remarkable is the script, as other reviewers have noted. Perhaps the humour and pacing might be better understood if it were realised that Dodie Smith scripted the movie -- the writer to I Capture the Castle and The 101 Dalmatians. | This movie was so great that it is almost impossible to tell ya. I will not give away the story. If you ever get the chance to buy this movie, do not waste it. You will be sorry if you do not get it. It is a rare Godzilla flick. The best Godzilla movie is right here. |

Despite its apt but risible title, "I Was a Teenage Werewolf," surprises in both the sincerity of its playing, as well as by its accomplished technical credentials. | It is a great movie but it is kind of cursed for me.
Second Buyer returns it back and swears that it should be DVD and tells me that I have to give him/her full refund since it is not his fault and the movie was listed as DVD. It is VHS listing, it is VHS tape, it requires VHS player - if you don't know - it a previous century device that plays a magnetic tape in a black box if you still know what it is. | Re-reading the reviews here, I see they were pretty much all by kids who are talking about how much they like various actors and actresses. But the shocking thing is that this film got a FOUR STAR review (out of five) from Mick Martin and Marsha Porter, whom I usually can depend on to be reasonable. I have no problem with the premise, that the new woman marrying the boy's dad after the disappearance six months earlier of his true mother can metamorphose into a monster -- or "krepotkin". | I JUST WATCHED "THE BRIDE OF FRANKENSTEIN" FOR THE FIRST TIME (73 YEARS AFTER ITS MAKING). WHILE MOVIE MAKING HAS OBVIOUSLY TRAVELED LIGHT YEARS FROM THE TECHNIQUES USED IS THIS FILM, IT IS STILL A TRUE CLASSIC IN HORROR FILMDOM.
ASIDE FROM JUST A FEW OUT OF FOCUS SHOTS LEFT IN THE FILM, SUCH AS THE TOUCHING OF HANDS IN THE "REBUFFED" SCENE, THIS IS STILL A CREEPY AND RATHER SCARY FILM THAT IS TRULY TIMELESS.
