| What a great "old" movie! Not the quality we're used to today, but the storyline was wonderfully funny. The seller sent this movie extremely FAST as they stated they would, and the condition of this movie was as described. (It was a used VHS version). I was very pleased with my purchase and shipping experience. |

| Though showing it's age in many ways (especially Margo's fashions), this is still one of the best of the Britcoms. The entire series still delights and can many episodes send me into fits of laughter regardless of the number of times they've been viewed. This tape contains my all time favorite, Silly But It's Fun, the Christmas episode, which I watch every holiday. A comedic classic! |

| I grew up watching these on PBS. This show was one of the first things my parents recorded on their VCR twenty-five years ago. Our family loves the comedy. Many lines, eg "Dear sir, thank you for your splendid empty box . . . ", have become part of our dialogue. I would recommend this series to anyone--just not this particular release. | Most of us who grew up in the 60's and 70's can still remember this "claymation" series about Davey Hanson and his talking dog Goliath. Yes, they're hopelessly out of date and really corny, but for some strange reason I still find them fun to watch, albeit a little campy. The series was produced, as I recall, for the Lutheran Church by Art and Gloria Clokey of "Gumby" fame. | I was thrilled with my purchase of this 4 episode VHS tape. These episodes are very rarely broadcast by my local PBS station (in fact I've only seen them once and I'm a devoted viewer). It's a real pleasure to click onto the refined comic adventures of Mrs.fforbes-Hamilton and the dashing Mr. DeVere whenever I need an English"fix". Watching any To The Manor Born episode is like having tea at Harrods. |

| I love this series! I don't have it on vhs (who watches vhs anymore?), but watch the DVDs frequently! The Goods are living the life I want to live, next to their perturbed neighbors who are none too happy that Tom and Barbara have decided to drop out of the rat race and make a go of self-sufficiency right there in their tidy suburban neighborhood. It's full of lovely British humor and I wish it had lasted longer than three seasons - Thank you very much, Jerry! |
