| My children thoroughly enjoyed this movie when it was first released in the local movie houses many years ago. Now their children are enjoying it on the tv screen in the home of Nana & Poppa.It is played over and over. A classic that is enjoyed by all generations. No one will be sorry if they purchase this item. |

| I still have this film on VHS. However,the DVD copy looks great on a High Definition screen and sounds great in surround sound. This movie still is fun to watch after all of these years. |

| This was NOT the "feel good movie of the summer" like the box advertised. Or maybe I was thinking of "The Mighty Ducks". Either way, I probably only laughed through about half of this. |

| Impressive. All 5/5 stars for the first 15-20 minutes of the movie and the whole story of course is magnificent. Awesome! This is my favorite WW II movie. Great job and a fitting tribute to those who died trying to liberate Europe from Nazism and Fascism. Extremely well-done and a great movie. Makes me tear eyed when the army car comes by to notify Ryan's family of their sons' death. The acting is great and the visual effects are very well-done. | This movie has so many different aspects in it that I wanted to
study it. I have seen it on tv, but there is so many deep messages in it that I wanted to study it. It is consumed with American culture- especially from the black perspective. Several times I have discussed things in the movie with my black friends. |

| One thing it might mean is that this is one of the most unique science fiction films ever made. I recently watched it with my wife (who very rarely enjoys any kind of sci-fi), a friend, and that friend's wife (who simply detests all sci-fi). Yet everyone enjoyed it. (My friend and I had already seen it.)

| I am a true-blood, die-hard fan of Barrie's original Pan, and inconsistencies and the ways modern adaptations/sequels/prequels can skew the original concept usually bug me. It's easy to be put off by the premise of Peter growing up. Of course he would never grow up to be a stuffy businessman! Even so, I can't help but like this movie to some extent.
