| Hi..My name is Roger Jones and I'm 41 years of age. This workout is undoubtedly the most difficult and intense I've ever done. WOW....WOW...WOW...WOW is what I have to say. I've been using Jane Fonda's workout videos since 1995 and I recently purchased this one last year (2007), even though it's one of her earliest.
