| this is the best in the three part series. it follows the book almost to a "T" and the acting is splendid. if you have children who are yet too young to read, this is a great way to share the ANNE OF GREEN GABLES experience with them. |

| I used to watch this all the time as a little girl with my grandmother. We'd spend all day watching both movies. I am glad that I was able to purchase it on DVD for my daughter and I to share those same memories too!!! |

| I saw this ages ago when it was on PBS, and luckily my mom taped it for me. I kept the tape, but eventually it wore out, so I bought a copy. It's a lovely tale, and I wish the actors had kept acting! A very talented cast. A young man needs to earn money for his family during the Depression, so he decides to work as a camp counselor (of course, he has to fib and tell them that he's experience; but he doesn't even know how to swim!). | I remember watching this movie when I was about 10 and I haven't seen it in a long time but I still, at times, think about this movie. The storyline is great and the way Mr. Sullivan does this is very captivating and will touch your heart. |

| The VHS arrived in good condition. When I watched the video the spanish-language stubtitles were a major distraction. Unlike a dvd, I cannot remove the subtitles. I emailed the seller requesting a version without Spanish-language subtitles and heard nothing back. Never again will I use this seller. |
