| This movie had, and has, a special place in my heart. A good story that leaves you rooting for the good guys. Something about the Olympics in the 1980's connected on a personal level. Maybe it was because of the many underdog types actually winning.
Also having a nice love story and a drama story about the main character's father and mother and the entire family's relationship to one another. This movie does well to draw you in and make you care. The physical work is also tremendous and ... Read More: |

| Pretty good, as far as having almost as much Kenpo techniques in it as "The Perfect Weapon" did & having a positive message at the end. Don't look for oscar-winning dialogue or storylines here either, just lots of action & (thankfully) not too many love scenes. |

| If you're a race fan this is the movie to have. Forget about those hi-strung imports, this one is All American muscle. I have watched it over and over, it never gets old. My blood pumps a little faster every time I see it. |

| This is the video that made me fall in love with Prince. This is truly Prince at his most creative, most entertaining, most musically cohesive. I think this video is a great starting point for anyone curious about Prince's music. His live performances add another level to his music and this video captures that. My only regret is that I didn't get the DVD. My advice is to get this and watch it over and over again. It gets better with every viewing. |

| It's no Lethal Weapon; I bought this cause I thought it was cool when I was a kid, not so cool as an adult when you can understand all the dialogue, in fact, you can probably say it sucks(a technical movie review term). But if you are into the whole 80's action movie genre then this would suit your tastes. |

| Us Gen-Xers were big fans of Prince "back in the day" and I still love this movie. The entire soundtrack is one hit after another. The movie is kind of corny but still works. Appolonia(sp?) never looked better! 8) The transfer is great considering the film source wasn't that amazing to begin with. I bought this mainly for the Dolby True HD soundtrack and I have to say it was a little heavy in the surrounds but still sounds good. It is much, much better than the SDDVD. I have a combo Blu/HDDVD player so buying the HDDVD is no big deal for ... Read More: |
