| Well, I have to kick myself in the butt.. The Stepfather series is perhaps the best slasher series since the original psycho. Although pt 2 and 3 had been released on dvd, I hesitated on purchaseing them due to hoping the 1st movie would be released, which it never has. Now that I have waited, it looks like pt 2 and 3 are soon to be no longer avaliable on dvd... Does this mean that there will be a boxed set released with pt 1, 2, and 3 together? God I hope so. | Ahhh, I too remember watching this on late night HBO along with H.O.T.S., Revenge of the Nerds, and a few others that we all thought were cool, risque teen 80's flicks back in the day. I would love to own this on DVD!! Brings back memories of late summer nights and middle school sleepovers.

| I wish I could put 5 stars here because I enjoy the movie so much, but I can't because it's not a 5 star movie. It's not a shawshank redemption, an american beauty, or a forrest gump. What it is is a really entertaining movie for anyone who has ever delved into the subcultures of life. If you know the alternate meanings of blotter, rolling, and blunt then you'll probably enjoy it. | When a woman is framed by her boss for murdering a co-worker, it is up to her to prove she didn't do it before the cops find her and her boss can create fake evidence that she did commit the crime. This is a wonderfully entertaining film where nobody can trust each other. I was riveted the entire time I was watching this. Nancy McKeon is excellent as "the wrong woman" and I would recommend this film to anyone who loves to be on the edge of their seat for a long time. The perfect thriller! |
