| This is one of those "so bad they are good" movies. Not quite as good as the classic "No Retreat No Surrender" (although the style of the movie is very similar), its still good enough to be enjoyed.
Loren Avedon I must say is very unique in all his martial arts films. I can never decide if I really enjoy his presence or despise it. His acting is rather lousy, but to the point its almost fun. | This movie was purchased to add to our biker collection. It was a little different, but all in all a good movie. I had no idea at the time, it was about 2 girls hitting the road on their bikes..in search of purchasing the Easy Rider bike that was in storage at an old shop somewhere. I would give it 4 stars and it was worth the cost and time viewed.. |

| Once again Jeff Wincott (Mission of Justice, Deadly Bet, Fatal Combat) stars in another above average martial arts flick. Though Martial Law II isn't the best out there in my opinion, it is one of the best well-rounded B-action movies with great action, good story, and enjoyable characters.

| The other glowing review about this movie fooled me into renting it. Well, I really wanted to see it because Laura Harring is in it, and she's a babe. But she doesn't save this bomb.
