| I have been a fan of this movie from the very first time I viewed it many years ago. I never get tired of this movie because it has so much to offer both male and female viewers. Richard Gere certainly fits the part of business man and reluctant lover while Julia Roberts is bright and bubbly through out and the romantic ending blows me away every time. I consider Prety Woman to be a clasic. |

| Funny Games was a difficult film to review. On one hand there are numerous outstanding elements to this horror/psychological thriller. On the other hand, the Director tries to be a bit too cute and threatens to drag the entire film down the drain. Funny Games is a shot-for-shot remake of the original Austrian film (also directed by Michael Haneke) that came out in 1997. Haneke remade the film in order to reach a broader U.S. audience who typically eschews foreign movies.

| i love john jakes kent family novels but i have to say the rebels was the least of the books.very little war happens in it and the two main people the novel follows never meet.
well the mini-series takes care of all of that and is a very good rousing adventure story with a great cast and the best sound track of any of the jakes mini-series. andrew stevens once again plays philip kent and is joined by a young don johnson as judson flecher. the action flows nicely in this one and the cast is great. do yourself ...
