VHS : The Jungle Book (Fully Restored 30th Anniversary Limited Edition)
The Jungle Book is one of those Disney classics that I never ever get tired of watching! It was the first ever Disney cartoon that my parents got me when I was a child. The characters in this masterpiece are wonderful and each and every one of them has a unique style and personality. Kudos to Rudyard Kipling for writing this beautiful story that will live on in our hearts for many years to come!

VHS : Robin Hood (A Walt Disney Masterpiece)
As with many stories, this one comes from several versions, even within the Disney group. This is basically the version I remembered of the animated presentations of Robin Hood. Look for some of the Robin Hood cliches, like the arrow splitting the arrow already in the bulls eye (Can this really be done? Check with the Myth Busters!)

Sherwood Forest may be close to home. During one of the fight scenes, I distinctly heard the "fight song" "On Wisconsin." How did this end up in the movie? ... Read More:

I really enjoy this movie and always have. It is colorful and the music is great. A wonderful family movie which is becoming slim these days.

VHS : Good-bye, My Lady
I was a little girl when my family saw this movie on a Friday night at the Drive-in theater when it was first released, way back when. The next morning Dad found a kennel in Santa Ana, CA that had basenji's and we went to check them out. Came home that day with a petite 6 month old red and white girl. 2 years later we added a Tri-colored boy to the family. I fell madly in love with them and always wanted one but could never afford the high price tag. Last summer I discovered the Basenji Rescue and Transport website ... Read More:

VHS : Looking for Richard
I really enjoyed this film because it makes accessible one of the greatest written English stories to another generation on whom otherwise it would be lost. The Bard's play is a story written after the fact during the victorious Tudor era. Hence the creation of a dark hearted villain and his manipulative lust for power. Richard really was a brave king who died in battle at the head of his troops at Bosworth in 1485, the victorious Henry Tudor's family thus having the opportunity to enjoy Shakespeares re-write of history as ... My 17 year old daughter fell in love with this movie when she was 7. She would watch it everyday when she was younger. This is an uplifting movie about friendship & the lengths people, in this case animals, will go to for their friends. It is a fun, happy movie for all ages that you will enjoy watching time & time again.
I recommend it for everyone!

This an excellent family movie. It's very irreverent, making fun of the stock market, the SEC, modern art, New Yorkers, Texans, and Yankees, to name a few. None of the jabs are mean-spirited, and so even fans of Jackson Pollock can enjoy the character that is based (in part) on him. The jokes seem funnier over time (Henry's explanation of expressionist and impressionist painting to his group of cowboy partners is a hoot), and there is enough slapstick in the movie to keep kids entertained while you are laughing at jokes about securities fraud.

Very entertaining. Brought me back to my younger days. This is a great movie for kids and adults. Don Knotts is a classic who all will enjoy.
