| My daughter and I loved this video. I am always baffled when parents get upset that this video "suggests" to their innocent children that Santa Claus might not be real. This concept is ubiquitous - havn't your kids ever seen a version of "A Christmas Story"? Santa Claus is not real, and why is it so important to you to perpetuate a falsehood as long as possible? | All in all, the DVDs are BAD my friends. The opening sequence is completely cut from the episodes, and replaced with this awful clip sequence of cuts from variouse episodes. It's not even a song, and it just makes you want to cringe. To make it worse, the Chapter cuts are done so badly, you can't even skip the bad opening without cutting in a quarter of the way through the episode. And the extra features are minimal if any.
But, all in all, if this is the only way to GET Guyver on DVD, then it is a sacrifice ... Read More: |

| I'm sure a certain reviewer feels the burn as rabid digi-fans jump all over him for his scandalous review. Please be a assured (in rational tones such as I'm pleased to see on this particular page) that Digimon is a show far surperior to Pokemon. As has been said, there is a great deal of character-develpment and pathos in Digi-mon which that other show, quite blatantly, lacks. That Digimon is one fight scene after another and, further, that Pokemon is not, is absurd. I cannot recall a single Pokemon episode that did not depict some sort of battle, even if it was ... | This is a finely tuned entertainment engine that showcases excellent vehicular, 'bot and character designs. The protagonist has a nice normal feel to her: she can't leap fifty feet into the air and she doesn't carry a twelve foot sword--she doesn't even have a sword.
