| This movie is just superb. The story is great, acting is great, and the historical accuracy is perfect. I loved the attention to detail that went into this movie. Definitely a must see even if you're not a space or NASA buff. |

| great, enjoyable movie. beautiful soundtrack. just wish r. donner had done more with the man of steel just like g. reeves. foiling a bank robbery, bending steel bars, jumping out of a window, fight scenes with the bad guys. the scene when the bullets bounced off superman in the tunnel should have been left in the theatrical version. it's the 30th anniversary of the 1978 movie. i'm sure WB will re-release an expanded edition with all the deleted scenes that were never shown. i have VHS copies of the TV version off ... | Back to the future is my favorite movie of all time. From beginning to end it is so beautifully executed. Top notch directing, acting and editing with a score to rival "Star Wars". A sweet film the whole family can enjoy, they don't make'em like this anymore. The sequel's were fun too, but this puppy is lighting in a bottle! |

| This is a very fast-paced and humorous movie about a group of friends going to NYC to see the Beatles 1'st appearance on the Ed Sullivan show. Two scenes very early on had me hooked on the movie: the record shop scene(which introduces the main characters), and the car ride scene. Both scenes really did a great job of getting you into these characters, their situation, and their varying reasons for making this trip. | For such a distinguished actor, James Earl Jones has made some really forgettable movies, and I would count Grim Prairie Tales among them. This 1990 anthology piece seems to have garnered decent reviews, but I personally can't see how this movie could impress anyone. Just because it's different - a horror/Western anthology which eschews the standard formula of "it is the story, not he who tells it" (i.e., the two storytellers are more interesting than the stories they tell) - doesn't mean it's very good. | i've enjoyed it very much; it was better than III. a lot of crucial scenes were cut out in 4. i hope they'll release a special edition in the future. i still want to see those scenes placed into the movie. there were a lot of flying sequences that were nice. Superman the movie 1978 will be 30 years old. enjoy. i still miss c. reeve. |
