| The subtitles in this production were very poorly timed, and appeared rather unprofessional. The usual "features" often found in such productions are absent, replaced by several hours worth of poorly-made previews for other titles, few of which are even anime. In addition to filling free-space, the producers have utilized a dual-sided disc, filling one entire side with garbage. |

| Don't you absolutely HATE it when you find a movie online with an absolutely irresistible plot that's almost too amazing to be bad, and then see it only to realize the person who made it had no artistic talent whatsoever? I don't know about you, but it happens to me a lot, and all I can think when finished is how much better I could have made it.

| I bought this knowing that the story would be different, and it was! I liked it, but I'll have to try listening to it in Japanese. Alita (Gally, in this OVA), has SUCH an irritating voice in english. She's too girly compared to the manga. There should have been more action, but what was there was pretty good.
Hugo was a jerk, not the out of reach tease he was in the manga. I have to say there were way too many sex scenes! (Just two, but it was indecent!) I enjoyed it, especially "Tears Sign" ("Tears ... Read More: |
