| I ordered this DVD for my sons birthday back in mid July. When it came it would not play in the DVD player. I emailed, the original response I got was to see if it played in the computer. I didn't purchase it to play on the computer, I purchased it for the DVD player. I was told I could ship it back for a refund. I asked about a shipping label and a replacement, and was told a replacement would be mailed to be by July 31st. Still no replacement! And when I email, I get no response. Very disappointed! ... | In my Spot's Magical Christmas review, I mentioned at the end that we'll see how this video holds up against it. Well, the video arrived two months ago and I kinda forgot about the review until now, which I shall state my thoughts.

| I've got no problem with Stephen King. I read him like crazy back in the 80s and still admire him. The Shining, Salem's Lot, Misery, Carrie--all horror masterpieces of their era.
I'm also not a snob who can't appreciate a good horror flick, or even a "good bad" horror flick. Love the Living Dead movies, and all the old giant bug movies from the 50s. | My two year old son loves this video. It keeps him so entertained. It is definately for younger kids though. It doesn't have too much going on where he can't follow along like some other videos that are geared for older children. |

| I recall when initally started doing step vidoes there was Denise Austin and Kathy Smith. I enjoy Kathy Smith so much more. I initally started with her 'Step Workout' 10 years ago, then progressed to the 'Power Step Workout' (both great workouts). However these videos were VHS and I needed a DVD one, so I purchsed this one. I love this DVD! I feel so good after I do it. | I'm really surprised by the poor reviews of this video! My son who just turned 2 years old- can't get enough of Spot and insists on watching Spot a couple of times a day. Although simple, I have found this video to be educational and great at teaching animals and things around the house. My son has learned several new words and now repeats them every time he sees the respected animal. I have purchased "Sweet Dreams Spot" and "Spot Goes to the Farm." This are both very good -- however this one seems to be the favorite! |

| Very nice, inspirational story. Wanted to show this to a pack of Cub Scouts, but thankfully I pre-screened it. This would have been an excellent, family-friendly movie if it were not for a slew of curse words about half-way through the film. None before or after, so it's unfortunate that they couldn't have chosen better language.
Otherwise, very nice story, beautiful cinematography, nice message. |
