Gregory Peck, won an Academy Award, for playing a sole parent, and he's never been better. | As soon as the movie started, I thought it was of those cheap made for TV movies that were cranked out in the 70's. Well it was not made for TV, but it certainly was cheap. I think the whole movie budget had to go to Lancaster, who by the way was given some the corniest, cheeseball lines in his career.
Battle scenes are sparse and look really cheap when they do occur. Not only are Lancaster's lines bad, the rest of the cast has nothing to work with either. Most lines are over acted ... Read More: |

| The original title was "The Ratings Game".The copy sold here on Amazon is definately a "Bootleg" copy released by an unknown production company.The picture is barely watchable and is "hazy" at times.The movie itself is quite funny and well worth 10 or 12 bucks if you can get a decent copy.Bring this one out every 4-5 years or so,otherwise more frequent viewings will cause it to lose its' appeal.The fictional cartoon in the movie titled "Goombah's" should tell you what type of laughs that you'll get with this cult movie from the ...
